Gary Hartwig, acting CIO at the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, this summer to become deputy special agent in charge of the bureau's Chicago office.

S.W. "Woody" Hall, assistant commissioner of the Office of Information and Technology for U.S. Customs and Border Protection, left last November and joined Science Applications International Corp. as a corporate vice president for homeland security.
