A high-tech time machine

“Meet the Press” is the longest-running program in broadcast history, making its TV debut Nov. 6, 1947. The program previously had been exclusively on radio.

Now NBC News is offering a high-tech option to take a trip back in time.

“Meet the Press” has made a number of its archived editions, including interviews with several U.S. presidents, available for download on Apple Computer’s iTunes Music Store. Called “Meet the Presidents,” the series allows users to download full “Meet the Press” programs.

Programs posted so far include interviews with John F. Kennedy, Lyndon Johnson, Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan.

Operation Jump Start

FCW is proud to support this Feb. 9 event to help the soldiers of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom transition to civilian careers.
