Contest: Define Gov 2.0 in 140 characters or less

Government 2.0 is a phrase that many people (including journalists) like to toss around, but what the heck does it mean anyway? With hopes of bringing some clarity to the topic (and, one can only hope, a little levity), we are asking for your help.

Send us a definition for Gov 2.0 that is either enlightening or amusing — or better yet both. We will publish the best entry, along with the other top contenders, in our June 14 issue.

You can enter as many definitions as you would like. But there’s one catch: In keeping with the 2.0 spirit, each entry is limited to 140 characters.

Submit your definition by posting a comment below (and yes, we will count the characters) or tweet it with #fcw20.
