Lennard Loewentritt has been appointed the General Services Administration’s deputy general counsel, effective March 2. He will also continue as acting general counsel. 


Loewentritt has held various positions in the Office of General Counsel for more than 35 years. As acting general counsel, he has been responsible for providing all legal services to components of the agency including the Federal Acquisition Service, Public Buildings Service and the Office of Governmentwide Policy.


Loewentritt began his career at GSA as a law clerk in 1972 and has served his entire career at the agency, providing legal service to all components of GSA.
