Also in the News: Georgia under 'full-scale' cyber assault

Georgia's government Web sites are coming under what some observers are calling "a full-scale cyberwar," according to a post on Wired Magazine's blog.

Russian hackers are being blamed for the denial-of-service attacks that have flooded the .ge domain sites with junk Web traffic. But, the Wired blog reports, it has proven difficult to determine the extent of the Russian government's involvement in the cyberattacks, which have intensified since the two countries began engaging in military conflict.
