Sullens commissioned a dashboard for Justice's Unified Financial Management System that pulls business performance data from multiple reporting sources on demand and presents it graphically. It provides near real-time data on analytics and at-a-glance information about selected business performance.
“Jolene Sullens has made it her mission to ensure the department and its components implement the best enterprisewide financial management system to serve critical missions while maintaining the flexibility required to make strategic financial decisions,” said Lee Lofthus, assistant attorney general for administration and chief financial officer at Justice.
