Federal 100 winner: Brock Lending

Brock Lending
Chief Technology Officer
Compusearch Software Systems

Lending was a clear voice for the procurement community as officials on the Integrated Acquisition Environment Round Table developed the Financial Systems Integration Office’s Acquisition System Requirements.

Lending spearheaded the industry’s contribution to initiatives that promote greater efficiency, transparency and accountability in federal contracting. Lending worked with agency leaders to find best practices in procurement while being innovative to avoid unnecessarily increasing work for a stressed acquisition workforce.

“Brock is a government employee at heart. She is open-minded and creative and uses her technical knowledge to help find solutions that benefit the government. She is a true team player — bridging government and industry — to the good of the taxpayer,” said Deidre Lee, director of the defense and intelligence unit at Compusearch Software Systems.
