Acquisition 2.0 is about good management
Acquisition 2.0 is a new buzzword floating around and I'm trying to figure out some concrete ideas on what exactly it is.
Based on what I've figured out, Acquisition 2.0 isn’t about any particular application or technological advancement. Instead, it’s about all applications and all technological advancements. It’s also about thinking differently and considering whether to flip certain processes to figure out how they could be done more efficiently, even though the process has been done that way for decades.
The ultimate goal though is more efficiency and better results for the resources the government inputs. Simply put, good management.
What concrete examples are there about Acquisition 2.0?
How will it change in the coming years?
