FCW Forum: Telework's digital tether

Several postings on the FCW Forum blog generated some lively and insightful discussions about telework, qualify of life and federal managers. Rather than let those insights disappear into the ether, I decided to weave them together into an article of sorts for the print edition of Federal Computer Week. You can find a link to the article here. If you have any additional thoughts, feel free to post them here in the forum or to send a letter to the editor. No doubt this is not the last word on the matter.
