Konstantin Yemelyanov received the M.S. (with honors) and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from V. N. Karazin Kharkov National University, Kharkov, Ukraine, in 1996 and 2001, respectively. He was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Department of Electrical and Systems Engineering, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA and a Research Assistant Professor at the Center for Advanced Communications, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Villanova University, Villanova, PA developing computer vision and target detection algorithms for optical and radar imaging systems. He holds 2 patents and has published more than 50 papers in peer reviewed journals and conference proceedings. Since 2010 he has been with Juniper Networks doing research in mobile security and designing the antivirus engine for Junos Pulse MSS.
