David Drabkin has decided to remain deputy chief acquisition officer at the General Services Administration, opting to turn down an offer from the State Department.

Tom Sisti joins the Washington Management Group Inc. as vice president for law and policy.

Joseph Kehoe was named vice president of Computer Sciences Corp.'s newly formed Federal Consulting Practice.

InfoPro Inc. officials appointed Theresa Urban program director of Coast Guard and Environmental Protection Agency programs, with primary responsibility for operational support and new business development.

Company officials also appointed Anne Budowski business development manager. She will focus on new business development for the state of Maryland.

Martin Kearney has joined AlphaInsight Corp. as senior vice president of business development.
