Mark Forman, longtime information technology leader, will be returning to Washington, D.C. Forman has left Cassatt and will be taking a new position that fits with "my long-standing focus on government reform," he said.

Penrose "Parney" Albright, the Homeland Security Department's chief guru for research and development, has decided to leave his position as assistant secretary for programs, plans and budgets in the department's Science and Technology Directorate.

CACI International named Ronald Cournoyer senior vice president for homeland security.
