Melissa Wojciak, staff director for the House Government Reform Committee, is leaving Capitol Hill to take a job as director of federal affairs at Monster Worldwide. David Marin, the committee’s deputy staff director and communications director, will take on the staff director post. Marin recently served as staff director for the Select Bipartisan Committee to Investigate the Preparation for and Response to Hurricane Katrina.

Dave Borland, former deputy chief information officer for the Army, has joined Input Consulting Group.

Ron Miller, former CIO at the Federal Emergency Management Agency and currently an executive at SRA International, is running for Congress in Maryland’s 5th Congressional District.

Perot Systems hired David Szady to develop business opportunities at intelligence, counterintelligence, counterterrorism and law enforcement agencies. Szady is a former assistant director of counterintelligence at the FBI.

Charles Bixler, a former Navy commander, has joined Unitech as senior vice president and chief technology officer.
