Federal 100: Nani Coloretti

Name: Nani Coloretti
Title: Assistant Secretary for Management
Agency: Department of the Treasury

Quick study. In just over a year on the job, Coloretti distinguished herself on public-facing projects and government infrastructure initiatives. She spearheaded the effort to make more Treasury information available on Data.gov and other websites to help track spending. A modernization project moved Treasury's website to a public cloud -- a federal agency first. She also plotted a new IT strategy to create centralized management access to procurement, human resources, IT and budget data, and implemented a content management system that allows employees to collaborate on documents via SharePoint.
