Fairbanks leads IBM's largest federal service line, which manages more than 800 products for the government, and he was instrumental in bringing key agency customers to the cloud in 2013. The force behind IBM's FedRAMP certification, Fairbanks also devoted significant time to broader education and evangelism about the benefits of moving to the cloud. He led the planning and execution of IBM's Federal Cloud Innovation Forum and was a critical partner in helping to launch IBM's Federal Cloud Innovation Center.
