June 6 Business Analytics
Industry analysts are hailing 2011 as the breakout year for self-service business analytics software, which would enable decision makers without lots of special training to use the data analysis tools to improve agency operations and mission outcomes. While the software tools for empowering these managers are certainly improving, they alone are not always enough to insure that these new analytics users are getting the most from their efforts. Our coverage will include do’s and don’ts for making self-service business analytics pay off.
