While the transition from fee-for-service care to value-based care has been underway for some years, provider organizations are still grappling with implementing systems and processes to support this new model of healthcare. Centralized patient information has always been critical to delivering a high standard of care, but in a value-based care model access to these records becomes increasingly complex as partners and patients now require secure, seamless access to sensitive information.

In partnership with an EHR, identity helps create the foundation for healthcare organizations to ensure providers, partners and patients all have access to the right information at the right time, and nothing more. This access across increasingly complex user groups helps set the foundation for improved collaboration across providers and partners and better ownership over healthcare outcome for patients.

This session will cover how identity can be leveraged across these three user groups to improve overall quality of care.
