Zachary P. Baldwin
Project Manager
Federal Data Center Consolidation Initiative

General Services Administration

The work: Giving agencies the tools they need to make smart decisions about data center consolidation.

The impact: The Office of Management and Budget has urged agencies to use Baldwin’s model to quantify the impact of consolidations and closures.

It also lets agencies compare their data center management profiles against industry best practices.
