Base Realignment and Closure Executive
Defense Information Systems Agency

The work: Smoothing DISA’s transition to its new state-of-the-art headquarters at Fort Meade, Md.

The impact: DISA was able to move more than 4,000 people and the necessary office equipment without compromising the services provided to its Defense Department customers.

The nuts and bolts: Bullock oversaw the design, construction, outfitting and operation of six buildings on the new 95-acre site.
