Gloria Richmond has more than 15 years experience with the Federal Aviation Administration. She currently is responsible for a team of over 30 FAA and contractors performing design, implementation and operations planning for a complete transformation of the FAA’s administrative wide area network and the voice telecommunication infrastructure. Her innovative edge has fused business requirements with technology to help propel the FAA into next generation telecommunication services.

John Walsh has more than 20 years of management experience with telecommunications programs in support of the Department of Defense and federal civilian government. He currently leads a team of dedicated employees that manage technology updates to telecommunications products, as well as deliver new system implementations and ongoing sustainment support.His teams provide leading edge technology integration, and frequently assist customers with the consolidation of services and operations and maintenance functions resulting in a lower total cost of ownership.
