The company's government customers include the Defense Department, the Federal Aviation Administration, NASA, the U.S. Agency for International Development and the state of California. ICE, based in Campbell, Calif., requires its consultants to possess a minimum of 20 years experience in their respective specialty, according to the company's Web site.
