Letter: Vendor turmoil is not unique to U.S.
A reader points out that Canada is dealing with its own contracting issues.
Regarding “GSA memo clarifies terms of IBM suspension”: It's interesting to note that the Canadian Department of Public Works and Government Services’ recent award of a $400 million-plus contract to CGI Group over IBM and the incumbent, TPG Technology Consulting Ltd., is currently under legal challenge for breach of contract by that federal department.
