Letter: Article unclear about new schedule
A reader writes to say an article regarding a new GSA schedule for green support services is unclear.
Regarding "GSA creates contract for 'green' support services"
Which "new" schedule is this? It's odd that the article never gives the "new" schedule name or number.
It sounds like the existing 899 Environmental Services and the energy management part of the existing 03FAC Facilities Maintenance and Management. Just what "new" schedule has been created and why [was it created] when the scope described seems to match parts of existing GSA schedules?
