GCN announces 2017 dig IT Award finalists

From mobile security to smarter transit to swarming drones, these 25 projects represent the best of discovery and innovation in government IT.

GCN -- FCW's sister publication covering IT at all levels of government -- has announced the finalists for its 2017 dig IT Awards.

The dig IT Awards celebrate discovery and innovation in government IT, and are organized into five categories -- Cybersecurity; Cloud and Infrastructure; Data, Analytics and Visualization; Mobile; and Robotics, Automation and Unmanned Systems. Twenty of the 25 finalists involve federal agencies.
