Charles Force has left his position as associate administrator for NASA's Office of Space Communications to pursue business and entrepreneurial opportunities. Wilson T. Lundy has been named acting associate administrator.

Jim Litchko has been named vice president of business development at Secure Computing Corp. Litchko leaves his position as the director of business development at Trusted Information Systems.

Eastman Kodak's Commercial and Government Systems unit named Theodore Spies marketing manager for its Image Information Programs. Spies previously served as marketing manager for government markets in Kodak's Business Imaging Systems Division.
