G. Edward DeSeve has been named acting deputy director for management at the Office of Management and Budget.

DeSeve who is the OMB controller and director of the Office of Federal Financial Management will hold the deputy director post until a replacement is found for John Koskinen who resigned July 9.

DeSeve also will act in Koskinen's previous position as chairman of the Chief Information Officers Council.

Paul Kaminski former undersecretary of Defense for acquisition and technology this month was appointed to the board of directors of Anteon Corp. a technology and engineering services company in Fairfax Va.

The company also appointed Gilbert Decker the former assistant secretary of the Army for research development and acquisition to the board of directors. Decker served as the Army's senior procurement executive from April 1994 to May 1997.

Eastman Kodak Co.'s Commercial & Government Systems Division announced that vice president Joanne E. Braeunle is the new director of imaging products and systems replacing Robert J. Leonard also a vice president who has become the director of finance.
