Robert Kipke this month joined CritiCom Inc. as vice president of sales. Kipke previously worked as defense programs vice president at AT& T Government Markets. CritiCom also hired Daniel Kugler, AT& T's former program manager for video services on the Defense Information Systems Network, as senior program manager.

Lockheed Martin Corp.'s Electronics Platform Integration Group named Michael Schoultz president of Lockheed Martin Postal Systems. Most recently, Schoultz was senior vice president of postal systems for Lockheed Martin Federal Systems in Oswego, N.Y. In addition, Lockheed Martin Postal Systems named Judy Marks vice president of business development and information systems and Sean Reineke vice president of recognition systems. Marks previously was director of the company's postal information technology solutions business area and the program manager of its Mobile Data Collection Device contract with the U.S. Postal Service. Reineke previously served as director of recognition systems.
Decision Systems Technologies Inc. this month appointed Edward Johnson as vice president of its Information Systems Group. Johnson previously served as senior vice president of operations at Computer Data Systems Inc. DSTI also announced the appointments of Jeffrey Vigne and Larry Staudmeister as directors of business development. Karl Ralston was appointed deputy to the company's Strategic Systems Group.
