SAIC Wins Key California Security Contract

California's Independent System Operator, which operates the state's electric power grid, recently awarded Science Applications International Corp. a contract for security services and products. Under the contract, the San Diego-based company will provide public-key infrastructure and cryptographic goods and services -- a first step toward ISO's efforts toward electronic commerce.
