In the June 7 issue of FCW:

Because of an editing error, the federal Web sites that the group F0rpaxe had hacked were incorrectly identified. The group hacked into the FBI's Web site.

The program for which K. Adair Martinez won a Federal 100 award was incorrectly identified. Martinez won the award for her contributions to the Justice Consolidated Network.

FCW misspelled the name of Caryn Swenson, Intelligent Decisions Inc.'s Army business development manager.
