West Virginia Gov. To Address Technology Council

West Virginia Gov. Cecil Underwood is scheduled to give the keynote address during the Science and Technology Advisory Council's second annual "Mountain State on the Move" conference on Tuesday at the Federal Energy Technology Center in Morgantown.

The conference, which will highlight the 1999-2000 strategic plan, will focus on four topics: information technology, identification technology, energy technology and work force development.
