GSA call center BPA winners
On March 9, the General Services Administration announced the award of a
blanket purchase agreement to 11 industry experts to provide telephone and
Internet customer contact systems and solutions.
GSA's Telephone and Internet Customer Contact Systems and Solutions blanket
purchase aggreement will help federal agencies plan, implement, design and
operate telephone and Internet customer contact centers. The range of solutions
offered under the BPA includes: consultation; management services; call
center hardware, software and accessories; systems integration and implementation;
inbound telecommunication services; Internet connectivity; World Wide Web
site development; and Web hosting services.
