Roster Change

Navy undersecretary Jerry Hultin has accepted a position as the dean for the Stevens Institute's Wesley J. Howe School of Technology Management. Hultin will assume the new position later this summer.

Hultin led the Navy's revolution in business affairs effort, which has brought private-sector business acumen to the Navy. This effort included advocacy of the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet.

Sprint has named Bill O'Neill as a director of government affairs in the company's Washington, D.C., office. O'Neill has served since 1997 as senior policy advisor to the House Government Reform Committee under the chairman, Rep. Dan Burton (R-Ind.). O'Neill's primary responsibilities were procurement, telecommunications and postal issues.
