Openwings' service-based architecture enables devices to enter a network
spontaneously. For example, in an office environment, a new printer could
automatically be available to everyone on the network without prior setup.
Likewise, on the battlefield, new elements, such as an unmanned aerial
vehicle (above), could automatically be logged on to a given network and
their services made available to other users.
