n Mobile field workers: Employees such as census takers, law enforcement
officers, auditors and investigators, and sales or service representatives
who need to use portable software and tools to gather and disseminate information.
n Traveling workers: Employees who attend conferences, meetings and
expos and need to stay in touch with e-mail and other systems in their home
n Telecommuting workers: Employees who work from home or a satellite
office and need to replicate their office system.
n Emergency assistance workers: Employees with agencies such as the
Federal Emergency Management Agency who need to quickly move to any location
and set up a complete communications and operations office.
