* Certified Information Systems Security Practitioner testing from the

Inter-national Information Systems Security Certification Consortium Inc.

provides a broad level of information security training for IT systems

managers. It covers topics such as network access control, Internet and

e-business, security architecture, fiscal security, ethics, disaster recovery

and business continuity planning.

* The Global Incident Analysis Center training and certification program

from the System Administration, Networking and Security Institute provides

training for system administrators. It covers topics including securing

firewalls and virtual private networks, advanced incident handling, and

intrusion detection.
