Education: Bachelor degree in communications from American University.

Pre-Microsoft: Before joining Microsoft in 1992, Azizirad worked at

the World Bank, the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASDAQ)

and the International Telecommunications and Satellite Organization in

various technical, training and management positions.

Post-Microsoft: "After Microsoft, I'm totally leaving the industry to

do art. I've already had offers to decorate my co-workers' houses, so I

could do that, or design or be a fashion illustrator."
