Armstrong rejoins FCW

FCW Media Group announced this month that Anne Armstrong has rejoined the company as publisher. Armstrong, who was president of Virginia's Center for Innovative Technology since 1999, will oversee Federal Computer Week magazine, the daily news Web site FCW.com, and trade shows and conferences, including the CIO Summit and E-Gov events.

She was a founding member of FCW in 1987 and editor in chief before leaving the magazine in 1999.
