Rhonda Diaz has been selected to be the project manager for the Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI), an e-government initiative led by the Office of Personnel Management.

EHRI is intended to lead the federal government's passage into an automated human resources records management system and ease the transfer of employee records between agencies.

OPM Director Kay Coles James said Diaz's appointment was influenced by her experience in designing and managing personnel systems and programs, as well as her most recent contributions as the agency's Acting Deputy Associate Director for HR Systems Requirements and Strategies. Diaz also has served as OPM acting assistant director for workforce information.
