GSA Buyers' Guide

Just about every kind of technology product and service is available through the General Services Administration's Federal Supply Schedule. Whether you can find it is another matter. The GSA Buyers' Guide is intended to help with that hunt.

The heart of the guide, of course, is a listing of the top 500 schedule vendors, based on fiscal 2003 revenue as reported by GSA. In the main chart, we check off each category of products and services these vendors offer. In the back of the guide, you will find contact information for each company. All data is drawn from GSA's contractor database.

Just knowing who sells what is helpful if you are looking to make a fairly simple purchase. But GSA's schedule is much more powerful than that. You can combine products and services into fairly complex task orders. You might also be able to negotiate prices with vendors. As part of this year's guide, we provide a list of tips and tricks from GSA schedule experts to help you get the most out of every procurement.
