The Alliant contracts are intended to replace a number of overlapping GWACs, including Millennia and Applications and Support for Widely-Diverse End User Requirements.

According to the draft documents, Alliant will have a five-year base period and one five-year option, covering a maximum of 10 years. It will have a $50 billion ceiling and guarantees a minimum of $2,500 per contractor.

Alliant SB has the same five-year base, five-year option and $2,500 minimum. It carries a ceiling of $15 billion.
