Lawrence Gross, the Energy Department's e-government executive, has moved to the Treasury Department as associate chief information officer for e-government.

Tom Ridge, former secretary of the Homeland Security Department, has been named to Savi Technology's board of directors.

Jonathan Perlin has been nominated to be undersecretary for health at the Department of Veterans Affairs. He has been the VA's acting undersecretary for health since April 2004.

Rafael Babilonia was named vice president for business development at Trusted Computer Solutions. He will be responsible for expanding the Certification and Accreditation Services group.

Stephanie Childs joins the Information Technology Association of America as vice president for government affairs and tax policy.
