Mark Boster, former CIO at the Justice Department, has joined PlatinumSolutions as executive vice president and chief operating officer.

Amy Vaccari has been promoted to chief of staff at Washington, D.C.-based Metier. She will lead strategic initiatives, including process standardization and enhanced service delivery.

Bob Golas, former executive director of business development at Oracle Federal, is now vice president of public-sector business development at Savi Technology.

BAE Systems named Jeffrey Dodson vice president of security for the company's Information and Electronic Systems Integration Sector.

Retired Air Force Maj. Gen. Rob Bongiovi was appointed president of Robbins-Gioia's defense division. Bongiovi previously served as senior vice president and general manager of Air Force operations at Robbins-Gioia.
