Correction: A May 2 story about Office of Personnel Management officials asking health providers to submit information technology plans misstated what the agency is doing. OPM officials are asking more than 250 health insurance plans that cover federal workers to begin IT initiatives.

Clarification: A May 2 story about the Bureau of Land Management's cybersecurity efforts failed to include criticisms from the group suing the Interior Department for lax security.
