WebMethods and Common Criteria

Web services company WebMethods Inc. of Fairfax, Va., announced last month that its flagship integration suite WebMethods Fabric received Common Criteria security certification from the National Information Assurance Partnership. Fabric was certified at Evaluation Assurance Level 2. Company officials said the certification better positioned the software to handle process management and business integration in mission-critical systems. Agencies can use WebMethods Fabric to assemble end-to-end business processes in a service-oriented architecture.
