Arleigh Closser joins Multimax

Multimax, a provider of performance-based enterprise information technology and communications services for Defense Department and civilian agencies, has appointed Arleigh Closser as vice president, general counsel and secretary, effective today.

Before joining Multimax, Closser was associate general counsel of AAI, a defense technologies company.

Closser also was assistant general counsel at Anteon International for almost seven years. General Dynamics acquired Anteon last June.
