Chu to head e-gov committee

Clay Johnson, deputy director for management at the Office of Management and Budget, today named David Chu, undersecretary of Defense for personnel and readiness, the chairman of the President's Management Council e-government subcommittee.

Chu replaces Steven Law, former deputy secretary of the Labor Department.
