TechTeam names new defense division VP

Jeff Flading has been named vice president of the Defense Department division at TechTeam Government Solutions, a provider of information technology services to federal, state and local markets and a wholly owned subsidiary of TechTeam Global, the company announced today.

Flading has 30 years' experience in managing complex, mission-critical systems in the defense industry. At General Dynamics Information Technology, he led the advance technology support for all homeland security and civil agency programs. He also was vice president of corporate strategic initiatives at Anteon, which was acquired by General Dynamics IT.

Before joining Anteon, Flading served in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a senior officer in 1997.
