Why mum on allegations against ITT?

I picked an article about ITT Industries to state my dismay that I haven't seen anything in Federal Computer Week about the allegations that ITT sold trade secrets to China. For me, that criminal act is very serious and deserves serious consequences for the executives and those who were involved. The federal government should cease to do business with the company if the allegations are true, and I expect that they are.
