Regarding, New initiative looks to attract baby boomers to fed jobs, a reader writes: This is a welcome change to the popular notion that aging workers have reached the twilight of their productivity! Their wealth of experience, past success in a chosen career and a desire to continue
service to their fellow citizens and country all come together to improve the government workforce. This may be the smartest move in government-hiring this decade!
