Letter: Revolving background specialist announcements questioned

Regarding "Bush wants security clearance reform plan by April 30," Agencies have announced, recruited and interviewed background specialists only to have the administration cancel the announcement and reopen, then after the same routine, cancel it again and again. [This] gives the semblance that it's doing something and has something to point to. Ask agency HR and hiring officials to speak in anonymity about the game.
